ariel rosé

ariel rosé, born in 1982 in Dobre Miasto, Poland, is a poet, essayist, and illustrator. His poetry collection Północ. Przypowieści (North Parables, Znak, 2019) was published under the name Alicja Rosé. In 2024, he was nominated for the German-Polish Josepha Prize. His most recent book is morze nocą jest mięśniem serca (The Sea at Night is a Muscle of the Heart, PIW, 2022). His poems have been translated into German by, among others, Marlena Breuer and Michael Krüger. ariel rosé lives in Norway and Berlin.
